The exhibition “The Sign of Water” at the JW Marriott Resort & Spa in Venice is an immersive art experience that celebrates the beauty and power of the element of water through contemporary art, with an orientation toward pop art. The exhibition connects man and water in a unique symbiosis, transforming the resort’s spaces into opportunities for inspiration and discovery.
The works on display represent a harmonious fusion of techniques, including portraits and decomposed works, made with acrylics and markers. Some of these creations are unique because they are made using reclaimed materials, such as brushes, reflecting a focus on sustainability.
Carefully arranged throughout the resort, the works invite guests to immerse themselves in a visual and sensory journey that brings people closer to art and promotes direct interaction with the public, in keeping with the spirit of hospitality at the JW Marriott.
Open until November 2025 during the Venice Biennale, “The Sign of Water” welcomes both hotel guests and outside visitors. The latter can easily reach the JW Marriott Venice thanks to the dedicated free shuttle service, which operates every 30 minutes from the pier in front of the Giardini Reali di San Marco, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
