The conference organized by ABIFormazione and AbiEventi, with the collaboration of ABI’s Standards and Taxation Department, aims to illustrate the current and future scenario of automatic exchange of information between tax authorities, highlighting the differences and identifying possible application synergies. The Common Reporting Standard, the DAC2 directive and the FATCA regulations foresee important organizational and operational impacts on the control system, business strategies, contracts, risk management policies and taxation of financial intermediaries: the common thread that allows optimizing the implementation of the regulations will be sought in the conference.
